Backorders - Returns - Privacy

Backorder Policy:

It is the policy of Simply Bovine that we do not store customer's credit card numbers. That means when an order is placed, we will charge your card for the full amount of the order. This amount will include any available or backordered items.  After your card is charged, the credit card number is deleted. We then receive a transaction number that allows us to refund your card if needed. We can't charge it again. Because, Simply Bovine and its partners do not save credit card numbers.

Our goal is to ship each and every order out complete the next business day. On occasion, your order could have a backordered item. Our inventory levels are updated at the beginning of each business day. We try to tell you on the web site if a item is backordered.

If Simply Bovine ships your order out in more than one shipment, we will pay for the shipping of the backordered item.

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with any items you order from Simply Bovine. If you have any issues or problems with your order, please contact us within 60 days of order date to get a refund or replacement. To return something, you need to contact us and get a return authorization code  We can't accept any returns without a return authorization code. To get a return authorization code, we need to know the Sales Receipt Number or Order Number. Please include the buyer's name and your contact information.

We have looked at lots of privacy policy statements that looked so long and tedious only you sharp-eyed legal types or those in the throes of insomnia would read. Our position is much shorter and to the point: 

1) We will NEVER SELL ANY personal information you provide for us, such as your credit card number, your telephone number, your name & mailing address or your email address. The information you provide to us is proprietary to SimplyBovine.com, LLC. We don't like it when someone sells our information, so we'll assume that you wouldn't like it either.

2) We guarantee that any email we may send to our mailing list will always include the option to instantly opt out! Our opt out is instant! No delay!

3) As you browse Simply Bovine, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in.  Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with Simply Bovine. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number.  You can visit this page to opt out of AdRoll and their partners’ targeted advertising.!

4) Lastly (I promise!), we will do everything we can in the current worldwide web environment to ensure your personal information is safe. Every piece of data you provide to us is encrypted (scrambled all to heck!) while it's on its way to our computer. Then when it gets here, it is unscrambled so that we know what you want to order. We will continue to review and investigate newer and more high tech ways to ensure your privacy.
