In this competitive world, we shouldnt ignore FRESHERS.If they get at least one job then its definetely support them to take care of thier basic expesnes.I have seen and realized after talking to many freshers that how much important for them to start a job with basic salary package.Now hiring interns remotely to take up task for 6 months, if they really required to be here in Bengaluru then definitely company should take care of living expenses ( PG cost and any traveling expenses)Our suggestion to all training institution to guide maximum real time experience to freshers where you are charging them with high cost and again it's difficult for them take experience another set of experts for the same job.If possible guide 3-4 hours free incase already paid huge money taking loan and all, if you see such canidates who really ready to put effort but financial condition is very bad.Sometimes technology wise many will guide well, but when it comes to interview preparation or personal mentoring many will skip.Going to make one series for freshers to coach and motivate as much as possible in our YouTube Channel đ€https://lnkd.in/gM25qC7zhttps://lnkd.in/g6HCP9_DMaterial Master:1. 12 Mar 2024âOnly hired freshersâŠâ: Thyrocare founder says he never recruited anyone with experienceThyrocare founder Arokiaswamy Velumani has said he never recruited anyone with experience till the time he was running the company. Instead, he believed in hiring freshers, training them on the job and with time giving them opportunity in senior roles. In a conversation with YouTuber Raj Shamani on the podcast Figuring Out, Velumani said that his hiring policy was influenced by the struggle he had faced landing a job after finishing college.Reminiscing his younger days, he said: âI thought there are many enterprises, factories in Coimbatore. I should get a job. But I failed in about 50 interviews. The reason was everyone was asking: âDo you have experience?â Exam finished in May, I am attending the interview in June, where will I bring experience from?âThatâs when Velumani promised himself if he ever ran a company, heâd not hire anyone with experience.âIn 1978, when my age was 19, I had taken a decision. If I ever run a company myself, I will only hire freshers and not anyone with experience. Trust me, I have never recruited an experienced man into my organization. 25,000 freshers I have employed. I don't think anybody else would have dared to do it and I have done it,â he said.The policy was beneficial in managing employee cost, according to Velumani. âMy competitorâs employee cost was 25%, my employee cost was 10%,â he said.Velumani explained how he could run the business without hiring experienced professionals.He said: âYou need to keep an assembly line on. What is assembly line? Keep hiring freshers. On the first day, the fresher will do a small task. Next day the fresher will do another work. By the time the third month ends, the fresher can do the full job. He is getting locally trained. So, this assembly line once it is there, the senior most man you can allow to go. Every organization has got underpaid assets and overpaid liabilities. How will you get rid of liabilities if you don't have resources to replace?âHe said he gauged an employee on a few parameters, which included stamina, discipline, intelligence and focus. If an employee was found wanting in any of these parameters, the employee had to be shown the door.But the employees who were with the company were thankful for the growth opportunities within the company.âOut of the 25,000 people, we only retained 2,500. The rest were sent home. You know one thing my people loved in the entire 25 years? [Theyâd say:] âSir has not brought anybody from outside above us. If there is an empty chair above, itâs for meâ. I noticed lately that people focus more on references during joining a new company or switching to another one.But I am writing this post for freshers who donât have any reference in renowned companies.The following points should be kept in mind in such a scenario:1. Donât take the burden of anything that you canât change now like grades, college, experience, previous company, references, etc. 2.Every company needs a good candidate; if you are eligible and fulfill the given criteria for the desired post, with or without references, you will get selected. 3.Make a good CV/resume. If you are fresher or have two or less than two years of experience, keep it to one page only (Iâll write in detail about it in my next post).4.Keep yourself updated on the job you are seeking by connecting with the employee of that company via LinkedIn.5.Visit the companyâs official website (career) periodically.Some people say donât listen to people who come across during your journey. Still, I would suggest you to listen to them, collect their opinion, suggestions, experiences, and advice as data points, and then customize that data and use it accordingly.Happy LEARNING!âNagmatul Bushra

Some important doâs for freshers.Some of skills are important for all the engineers and they can get good know how and analytical thought process Also some skills are of 0 talent but important for career growth 1. Data keeping - what ever May be your post but you should keep whatever data possible to be kept like material consumption, labour & machinery out put and so on.2 . Being on time - being on time at work is really help a lot if you are 15 minutes ahead of start of working hours it will help a lot for many things.3. Listening skill - listen carefully many times it is observed that we have some own assumptions which we listen instead of what is being told. 4. Working in team - construction projects canât be done alone so needs good team work bench working in team is very important if every one does his role then only project goal can be achieved. 5. Efforts - our efforts must be 100% irrespective of results but many time we saw half hearted efforts due to Pre assumption or some other reasons.

Interesting report on freshers hiring trend!According to a study, there has been a 6% increase in the hiring of freshers in the first half of 2024.Bangalore leads with a hiring intent of 69%, followed by Mumbai at 58% and Chennai at 51%.The top three industries showing the highest hiring intent for freshers are E-commerce and Technology Start-ups, Engineering and Infrastructure, and Telecommunications.https://lnkd.in/gnGJTDng
